OVERVIEW

As a continually growing fitness club in the heart of Manhattan, Solace aims to provide exceptional service to its members from the moment they enter our doors. We are currently seeking passionate, service-oriented, and hard-working individuals with a positive attitude and love for health and fitness. As a luxury fitness company we need team members who are hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem solvers with exceptional attention to detail. Applicants should have a desire to get involved in the community. Experience in group fitness and/or CrossFit is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level customer service to members and visiting clients
  • Assist Management in daily tasks and projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude while taking initiative
  • Provide support to CrossFit, Body, and Studio instructors to ensure a successful class
    check-in process
  • Work as a cohesive team with all Solace staff to foster efficiency and camaraderie
  • Maintain knowledge for retail operations, class offerings, coaching styles, and events
  • Maintain the Solace aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to take initiative and perform duties without direction
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of
    personalities
  • Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
  • Must have superior organizational skills
  • Must have flexibility to work early morning and weekends
