Announcing the 2016 Solace New York Paleo Challenge! 30 days of eating Paleo, cleaning up bad habits, making progress in the gym, and learning how to live a well-balanced and healthy life.

This is not just 30 days of Paleo for weight loss. During the 30 days we will educate you on what Paleo is and why it’s good for you. We will detox your body of processed foods, sugar and alcohol. We encourage daily exercise and healthy habits. Most importantly we teach you how to live the Paleo lifestyle and are with you throughout the entire process. You are not alone in this challenge as you will have the help of industry professionals and a community encouraging you the whole way. We want to make this as fun and easy as possible, so we can set you up for success.

What is Paleo?
Paleo, short for Paleolithic diet, can be described as eating the way cavemen and women used to eat back in the day. If a caveman couldn’t eat it then you can’t, so think of it as eating from the Earth.

What can I eat on the Paleo diet? What can I not eat?

You CAN eat the following on the Paleo diet: Meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats.
You CANNOT eat: Dairy, grains, processed foods and sugars, legumes (that includes beans and peanut butter), starches and alcohol.
Why do I want to do this?
Many people experience fast weight loss on a Paleo diet but besides that you can expect better performance during your workouts, reduced allergies, stable blood sugar, clear skin and better teeth, improved sleep and balanced energy throughout the day.
What’s the 30 Day Challenge?
By signing up you commit to living a healthy Paleo lifestyle for 30 days (although many people continue with it even after the challenge concludes). Once you are signed up you will receive a welcome packet. In this welcome packet you will have everything you need to know on how to succeed throughout the 30 days. You will use the sheets in the back of the packet to track your daily food and exercise. Everything will be tracked by a points system. At the end of the 30 days we will count up all the points and will award some BIG prizes to our winners.
During the 30 days we will be having events to help you learn all about Paleo and living a healthy life. You will also get access to our exclusive Solace Paleo Challenge Facebook group. The group will be facilitated by Danielle Gagliardi, a certified Health and Wellness Coach, who will be able to answer any questions you have about the challenge, Paleo diet, successes and struggles, recipes, etc, 24/7. You will also be able to talk with and encourage the Solace community going through the same 30 day challenge you are and you will be placed on a team depending on what time you workout at Solace and assigned a Team Captain. Work as a group, keeping everyone accountable, because the top team will win prizes and the top male and female from the winning team will take it all home!
