Your first visit with us will be a 15-30 minute one-on-one talk with one of our top tier coaches. We want to get to know you and your fitness goals so together we can decide on a program specifically tailored to your needs and goals. We’ll also take you on a tour of the facility and answer all of your questions on membership, pricing, and our fitness programs including CrossFit, Body, Studio, Strength, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and one-on-one personal training. It’s a great way to see if Solace is a good fit for you.
