To celebrate Squad WOD’s new weekly home on our schedule, the first class will be Bring aBuddy FREE! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your buddy signed up!
This class is all about the Squad and the WOD (Workout Of the Day)! Think teamwork and strategizing your moves to reach the finish line with your teammate. Get ready to ask more of yourself as your partner works with you to complete one task before moving onto another (high-fives strongly encouraged).
No CrossFit experience is necessary, but rest assured that you will be doing things you have never done before as we climb, ride, jump, move laterally, go upside down and more. Squad WOD is an ALL BODY cardio and strength workout that is centered around crushing the workout with the motivation of your partner.
Gym Closures: 8PM Crossfit will be canceled on Monday, April 16th for the Summer Transformation Challenge ‘Master the Movements’ class.
Crossfit 5:30/6/6:30pm and 8pm Open Gym will be canceled on Friday, April 20th for the Endurance Seminar with Hunter McIntyre Basement – Reserve your spot in the seminar HERE.
The basement will be closed and all Crossfit classes will be canceled for the weekend of April 21st and 22nd for the Onnit Foundations Certification. More details can be found on the certification HERE.
