CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We offer CrossFit classes every day of the week. The daily WOD is listed in the Members Area of our website. Members can see an entire week’s programming in advance by logging into their Beyond the Whiteboard account.
NOTE: A minimum of 6 months of CrossFit experience is required for drop-ins or new members taking one of our CrossFit classes. If you are lacking this experience, you can obtain it in one of three ways: 1) through private training with a coach, 2) by taking our CrossFit Foundations Class or 3) taking each of our Strength Intensive, Weightlifting Intensive, and CrossFit Express offerings.

BODY is a fitness methodology based on the core principles of CrossFit, HIIT, and traditional Strength and Conditioning programs. Body is designed for anyone seeking self-improvement, whatever that means to YOU. Classes are team-oriented to develop social connections, build a passionate fitness community, and encourage participants to push harder than they would on their own. You only have one BODY and each day is an opportunity to improve.
No prior experience is required for BODY classes.
Weightlifting classes are designed for those who already have a basic familiarity with the Olympic Lifts the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Classes consist of variable programming using the full versions of the lifts as well as numerous accessory and supplemental lifts to improve technique and efficiency.
NOTE: You must have prior Weightlifting experience or have taken either CrossFit Foundations or our Weightlifting Intensive to take our Weightlifting classes.
Kettlebell Flow is a 50-min class is focused on building strength, endurance, and improving technique through primal and kettlebell complexes and flows. You will find a hybrid of mobility, core, strength development through bodyweight and kettlebell movements in this class. The synthesis of these movements will allow you to build a strong foundation and then allow you to focus on developing movements with your own body.
BUILD classes combine strength and hypertrophy (size) training through daily programming that is constantly varied. These classes have no prerequisite and are perfect for individuals who want to periodically supplement their other training with some added strength work.
No prior experience is required for BUILD classes.
