CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We offer CrossFit classes every day of the week. The daily WOD is listed in the Members Area of our website. Members can see an entire week’s programming in advance by logging into their Beyond the Whiteboard account.
NOTE: A minimum of 6 months of CrossFit experience is required for drop-ins or new members taking one of our CrossFit classes. If you are lacking this experience, you can obtain it in one of three ways: 1) through private training with a coach, 2) by taking our CrossFit Foundations Class or 3) taking each of our Strength Intensive, Weightlifting Intensive, and CrossFit Express offerings.
