Join Mat and Dennys for a 50-minute well balanced strength and conditioning workout. These workouts will begin with a dynamic warm up preparing you for two power and strength blocks. We will end with a metabolic conditioning session utilizing different styles of equipment. This workout will leave you feeling accomplished and ready to take on the next one.
