The Mixtapefit Series (T) – Hollywood

Cutting edge bootcamp training style, know as “The MixtapeFit”, combines athletic strength and conditioning, cross-fit  techniques and professional body trimming fundamentals to transform both your body and mind. All levels of fitness welcomed and everyone will receive individual guidance. No one gets left behind or to fend for themselves
13 week series
Week 1-3
Foundation work and conditioning
(Make sure your familiar with certain movements and exercises, goal setting, and making sure your geared up for upcoming weeks)
Week 4-7
Crank up my volume
(We heat things up by pushing limits setting PRs and crushing our half way goals with only 5 weeks till summer)
Week 8-13
Summer Fine 
(Using a number of different fitness techniques that will train the mind and body on how to keep this up)
