Sunset Pilates

This is a 45 minute mat workout for all levels designed to strengthen your muscles, get some sweat in, and release endorphins with standing and laying mat pilates exercises. Enjoy a quick pre workout stretch and breath work to wake up your body, and a post workout cool down stretch to release any tension from the week.
