Strength Cycle: The Strength Cycle Total for the current cycle will be held Sunday, June 10th from 10:30-3PM. All are welcome, family friends, & members, to come cheer on our athletes as they test their 1RMs in the Squat, Press, and Deadlift.
Want to get on the #gains train? The next 8-week strength cycle starts on Monday, June 25th. Sessions will be held with Coach Hayden every MWF from 6:30-8pm. Can’t make PM sessions? Summer Olympic Weightlifting Cycle: The next Solace Weightlifting Cycle begins on June 11th. This is a two-month program tailored to fit everyone from newbie athletes to intermediate CrossFitters. The primary goal of the cycle is to increase 1RMs in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk by improving strength and technique without sacrificing conditioning. Participating athletes can expect an increased ability to cycle lighter weights in WODs as well as increased confidence and efficiency with heavier loads. Classes will be capped to ensure quality instruction and all sessions will be coached by a certified weightlifting coach.

BUILD Cycle: Build classes at Solace New York are for individuals looking to conduct training that balances strength and size while optimizing a lean physique and retaining the ability to do other outside activity. Unlike the regular Build classes which give general exposure to the Build training approaches and exercises through daily programming that is constantly varied, the Solace Build Cycle offers an 8-week, progressive structure that will optimize the combination of strength and physique building. The cycle starts Monday, June 25th and will meet every MWF from 5:30-6:30pm with Coach Hayden.
