CrossFit, Body Coach
Train smart, know your body, and take real rest days. That’s Brandon best advice for athletes at Solace. When you’re in class with him, whether it’s the CrossFit WOD or Body class, Brandon wants you to feel energized and motivated to go for that PR, get another rep or two in the metcon, and to leave it all on the floor. Brandon has been coaching since 2014, when he helped open DownState CrossFit in Westchester. A former Division III college basketball player, Brandon loves being surrounded by competitive and supportive athletes, and finds a natural home in CrossFit to push himself to train with excellence.
