Dariel has been fascinated with fitness ever since he was a kid. He first learned about CrossFit while working in a conventional gym and his first CrossFit work out was Fran (21-15-9 thrusters and pull ups). It took him about 12 minutes. All those years he had been working out to “look” fit, but once he began CrossFit, he became actually fit, and the look followed.
Dariel is experienced in working with athletes of all fitness levels with goals that vary from improving strength, increasing cardiovascular output, and losing weight. He also is well versed in working with clients with back, knee, and shoulder pain or who have recently recovered from surgeries on those aforementioned areas. His passion is in making you better and helping you reach goals you never knew you could attain.
