Words I live by and pass on to my squad in every workout. I’m a stickler for form and pushing people past their comfort zone. My classes are always high energy, high intensity, and a little crazy with a lot of hip-hop music.
My fitness journey started in 2010 with bodybuilding style workouts. Then in 2015, I fell in love with Crossfit and completely switched my workouts over. Also, I love donuts.
