  • 2/29 – Weightlifting Mock Meet. Open to all members. Three attempts each at the Snatch and Clean & Jerk to achieve your highest total. 1-4pm. Email training@solacenewyork.com to sign up.

  • 3/1 – Strengthlifting Mock Meet. Open to all members. Three attempts each at the Squat, Press, and Deadlift to achieve your highest total. 11am to 3pm. Email training@solacenewyork.com to sign-up.

  • 3/2 – Weightlifting Mini-Cycle. Mon, Wed, and Fri for 3 weeks. Choose from 6:30-7:30am, 7:30-8:30am or 7-8pm.

  • 3/9 – Weightlifting Intensive. Mon, Wed, and Fri for 2 weeks. 6-7pm.

  • 3/9 – Strength Intensive. Mon, Wed and Fri for 2 weeks. Choose from either 7-8am or 6-7pm.

  • 3/30 – Strength Cycle. Mon, Wed, and Fri for 8 weeks. Choose from either 6:30-8am, 6-7:30pm or 7:30-9pm cycles.

  • 4/20 – 8-Week Weightlifting Cycle. More info to come.

  • Late June/Early July – 8-Week Weightlifting Cycle. More info to come.
