Mission Statement: To meaningfully change people’s lives through community and fitness.
Here at Solace we are serious about fostering change. We want to change people’s perspective on life from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. We want to help people change their perception of their physical potential and show them they can be stronger, faster, more flexible, and more powerful than they are now. We want to change the nature of training, creating a safe space where individuals can get as much or as little oversight to their fitness journey as they need and where coaches have the freedom to build their own brand.
In short, we want to change the landscape of fitness, offering a place where individuals and coaches can thrive.
Solace New York seeks to develop and support an inclusive community whereby people of differing identities feel valued, respected, and encouraged to be the best versions of themselves. We believe individuals of all identities, including but not limited to those of differing races, colors, classes, gender identities, ages, sexual orientations, religions, ethnic or national origins, disabilities, or physical appearances, have a right to thrive and be celebrated for their inherent value. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is a process of continual refinement over time. As part of this process, we will periodically release and update value statements that reference specific areas we have targeted. We welcome thoughts and suggestions from all members of our community as we build out these statements. Please reach out to Hayden at any time (email@example.com).
