If you want to workout with a trainer while drawing energy from those around you, classes, workshops and special events are the way to go! We welcome members and non-members.
We give our Trainers full creative and financial freedom to run their own businesses within Solace. For this reason, the cost for each class, workshop and special event is set by the individual trainer leading the class (classes are not included in memberships or drop-in purchases).
