Girl Group Training is an hour long full body strength & mobility class set to a playlist of all your favorite girl groups, from Spice Girls to the Runaways to City Girls. Structured around primary movement patterns – squat/hinge, push/pull, lunge/rotate – we’ll work foundational mobility & build strength using dumbbells, kettlebells, and more, including step by step breakdown of exercises with options and modifications to hone your form. Whether brand new to strength training or an experienced lifter who loves a community workout with fun music, all levels are welcome and encouraged.
