Join me for a strength & conditioning session on Sunday, October 23rd from 11 am to 12:15 pm.
In this class you can expect a full body workout that will prioritize the barbell deadlift.
We will also incorporate various movement patterns to round out the session.
Class will finish up with a group conditioning challenge plus core work.
