Full Body Fit with Coach Amanda

Looking to burn fat and build muscle but don’t know where to start? My intelligently designed, upbeat full body strength training workout is perfect for those looking to get toned, improve strength, and practice proper form of various resistance type exercises. The class combines weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and circuit training to keep class fun and engaging, while maximizing the effectiveness of the workout. We will use dumbbells, resistance bands, and / or kettlebells to target different muscle groups and to increase intensity of the workout.

 
If you’re brand new to strength training, no problem! I will provide step by step instruction of each exercise, as well as modifications to accommodate different fitness levels.
