Swing into Spring is a Women’s only monthly weightlifting event with Coaches Becca and Kianna. This months focus is working with kettlebells, learning and perfecting the kettlebell swing along with other KB technique and accessory work! It’s a two hour event with fun music, a supportive group of women who want to and enjoy lifting in the gym, and fun goodie bags as well!
