Bell Intentions is a kettlebell group fitness class where we break down the kettlebell fundamentals to enhance your form, technique, and intention behind the bell. This is a total body workout only using the kettlebell to challenge your mobility, stability, power, strength, and conditioning. In this fast-paced class, I break down the basics with proper form, then build upon movements to create diverse sets and complexes. This class will bring out your inner athlete and have you feeling powerful, strong, and badass by the end. The kettlebell is accessible to all levels and adjustments are always provided, so beginners as well as KB enthusiasts are welcomed!
