Online club coaching is a middle-ground between on your own training with no coaching oversight and regular, in-person training where a coach oversees each of your workouts. You will get weekly programming and access to an online group where you can post workout videos and ask questions of your coach.
Online club coaching is free for Solace’s month-to-month members and each club is only $29+tax/month for non-members. We have two online clubs available:

Our online strength club coaching has programming for those just starting out and those who have already have training experience.
For those interested in CrossFit training, Solace New York hosts CrossFit Solace’ online club coaching. CrossFit programming is great for individuals who crave exercise variety and want to improve multiple physical skill sets simultaneously. Our programming has two tracks: one geared towards those competing in The Open, and one with modifications for individuals who need modifications of the more technical movements.
